We operate five chemical plants continuously, 365 days a year. The engineers, operators, and analysts who join us are responsible for real systems — not simulations or support tickets. When a reactor parameter drifts, or a quality batch needs to be held, or a logistics window opens at JNPT, the decision matters.
IGPL has been in continuous operation since 1992. That longevity means our best people have built careers here — not just jobs. We have process engineers who have been with us for over two decades. The Work
IGPL is a continuously operating chemical manufacturing complex. The plants run 365 days a year, across three shifts. The work is real — not theoretical, not simulated, and not abstracted behind a dashboard.
Operations teams monitor DCS systems, manage catalyst cycles, and coordinate raw material flow across five interconnected plants. Commercial teams manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and navigate a market where pricing moves weekly. Finance teams close books, manage working capital, and ensure regulatory compliance for a publicly listed company.
