The Work
IGPL is a continuously operating chemical manufacturing complex. The plants run 365 days a year, across three shifts. The work is real -- not theoretical, not simulated, and not abstracted behind a dashboard.
Operations teams monitor DCS systems, manage catalyst cycles, and coordinate raw material flow across five interconnected plants. Commercial teams manage customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and navigate a market where pricing moves weekly. Finance teams close books, manage working capital, and ensure regulatory compliance for a publicly listed company.
This is not a company that moves slowly because it is large. It moves deliberately because the stakes of every decision -- operational, commercial, and financial -- are visible in the plant, the P&L, and the market.

Design, optimise, and troubleshoot catalytic oxidation processes across five PA plants. Heat and mass balance, catalyst management, yield optimization. Chemical engineers with process focus.
24×7 DCS-managed continuous operations. Shift supervision, control room operation, startup/shutdown procedures, abnormal situation management. Diploma and B.Tech operators.

Our Environment
Our Taloja campus operates on 3-shift continuous cycles. The DCS control rooms are the nerve center — real-time process data, alarm management, and operator decision-making happening simultaneously across all five plants.
The laboratory runs full shift coverage for in-process testing. The commercial team works across time zones on export logistics. The maintenance engineers plan shutdowns months in advance and execute them to tight windows.
